Gua sha is a self care practice which lifts, sculpts, and smooths skin around the neck, jaw, sinus cavities, forehead and so on. Rooted in chinese medicine, gua sha tools can help to reduce wrinkles, dark circles, & puffiness by draining and circulating lymphatic fluid. Tools should be used very gently to massage the face and neck, and accompanies well with a quality facial oil or serum.
