Shop Policies 

All sales are final. Please contact us before purchase with any questions about products.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please be patient with us, as we are a small business! 

Please double check shipping details before checking out! If a typo is made in a shipping address, Cloud 9 Clay is not responsible for locating the package and will not be able to get the package back once it's been dropped off.

If a package is returned to Cloud 9 Clay due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for repurchasing a new shipping label. 

CLOUD 9 CLAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN THE MAIL. ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPLACED UNLESS THEY ARE RETURNED TO SENDER AND ADDITIONAL POSTAGE IS PAID. 

If a product arrives to you broken or damaged, please photograph all damaged items and keep the original packaging so that a claim can be filed with the shipping provider!

Cloud 9 Clay will require clear photographs of the damaged item along with clear photographs of the shipping container, any damage to the shipping container, and a clear photograph of the shipping label affixed to the container in order to process a claim and issue your refund.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item! Damaged items will be analyzed on a case by case basis. Please note that many items are one of a kind, and cannot be remade.

FAQ's

Do you teach lessons or workshops? 

Yes! We offer private wheel throwing workshops with Peyton on a seasonal basis. If you would like to sign up or get on our waitlist, please check out our Workshops page.

       Is your studio open for in person shopping? 

Yes! We have a brick & mortar shop in Philadelphia. We are currently open for shopping on Friday from 12-6pm, & Saturday-Sunday from 11-6pm. If you would like to place an order online, you can select "local pick-up" and opt for in store pick up any time during our shop hours. Find us @ 2527 Frankford Ave

Do you take custom orders? Can I order a dinner set? 

Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis, depending on the request and current work load. For custom inquiries, please email us here. Please be as specific as possible with your request so that we can provide you with the most accurate quote! If possible, please include dimensions, color / style requests, and desired quantities. A 50% deposit will be required in order to begin any production. 

Where can I find your work in my city? 

You can find my work sprinkled around the country. Please note, on-hand inventory at retailers is ever-changing. Items at these locations may be sold out.  See my current list of stockists, here.
